We are a veteran-owned business that provides "on-foot" litter cleanup daily or weekly to keep your property clean and inviting for your customers and employees. We service your property after hours so that we have an unrestricted view of all the bottles, empty drink cups, fast food or candy wrappers, cans, cigarette butts, and other litter that may have been under vehicles or blown into your landscaping. We augment your power sweep process which occurs less frequently so that your property is always free from litter. In fact, most customers are able to substantially reduce or eliminate the frequency of their parking lot sweeping service because of our service. We believe in giving you more for less. What we do on a daily or weekly basis each month costs less than one power sweeping service.
But not only do we cost less, but our service is also a lot more thorough because we do it when no vehicles are parked on your property. We collect bottles, cans, food and candy wrappers, bags, discarded masks, and any other litter left behind by your customers. And like most clean environments, your property will benefit from having fewer people dumping their trash during your normal hours, because they see that their behavior is an exception.
But we go beyond the scope of what power sweeping accomplishes because we also clean up your landscape areas - and that's something that you can only do on foot. During the week, dust, and grass clippings will accumulate along sidewalks and near curbs. When that becomes noticeable, we'll remove that to keep the area clean. We'll also notify you of burned-out lights, illegal dumping on your property, and any damage that we find.
